BOYS VARSITY LACROSSE VS. ALBERT EINSTEIN HS SCHOOL

Boy's Varsity Lacrosse team took the field Monday night in their first home game of the season looking to build on the winning momentum from last Friday night. The Rams started off slow then regained focus led by Senior Attack Man Sean Jordan who led the offense with 4 goals and added 3 assist for a total of 7 points. But the early boost game from junior Mid Fielder Kellen Cremins who scored the first goal and ended up have 4 goals and 1 assist. The defense continue to be led by Senior LSM Ben Vayer with 7 ground balls and 4 take aways and scored 1 goal. Other strong defensive performances where put in by close defenders Fon Naudon and Nick Weiler. Rams will get back to practice on Tuesday as they work towards their Saturday matchup with Kennedy High School.

Friday Night the Boy's Varsity Lacrosse open up against cross town Rivals Richard Montgomery. With high expectations leading into the season the Senior Led Rams came to play. On the offensive side of the Ball Senior Attack Man Will Smith led all scores with 5 Goals and 4 Assist which led to a 9 point game for him. Next was Senior Midfielder Michael Aust who Scored 3 goals that lit up the night as he scored from the top of the box twice on Man up offense also added 1 assist. The defense was led by Senior LSM Ben Vayer who had 9 take aways to add to the 9 ground balls which led all players in GB's for the game. Successful night but still the Rams Varsity Lacrosse is looking to improve on there performance leading into Monday's home opener against Einstein High School. We expect all fans to pack the stands again and support your Rams Lacrosse team.
